Tea

May 26, 2009 by Geetika Leave a Comment

The best of the chefs in the world can’t make a good cup of tea – that’s truly the irony. The way to have tea is just simply have the tea – adding milk, sugar and the other stuff throws the balance way off.

Ingredients:

  • Tea leaves – 1 spoon per cup

Method:

  • Bring water to boil
  • Switch off the flame and add tea leaves and place a lid
  • Let the tea brew for 3 – 5 mins depending on the strength and quality of leaves
  • Pour into the cups
  • Serve hot.
