Ingredients
- Old Monk Rum – 90ml per jar
- Lemon halves – 1
- Lemon wedges – 3 or 4
- Mint leaves – 6-8
- Lots of Ice
Procedure
- Add few ice cubes to mason jar and pour 90 ml of Old Monk rum and shake a little
- Squeeze 1 lemon half on top of it
- Add the lemon wedges to the mix
- Top it up with Ginger Ale
- Add more ice, mint leaves and mix it with a straw
- Keep in freezer before serving
