Potato And Apple Salad

2 potatoes, boiled
1 head lettuce
1 small cucumber
2 apples
3/4 cup cooked corn (makai ke dane) (optional)
3/4 cup shredded red cabbage
French Dressing

For decoration
few sliced spring onions


1. Slice the potaotes.
2. Wash and trim the lettuce. Allow to drain and tear the leaves.
3. Thinly slice the cucumber.
4. Slice the apples.

How to proceed

1. Place the potaotes, cucumber, apples and corn in a bowl.
2. Surround the salad with lettuce leaves and red cabbage.
3. Chill.
4. Just before serving, pour the dressing on top and decorate with spring onion rings.


1. Serve cold.
2. Prepare salad 2 to 3 hours in advance.
3. Prepare dressing 1 day in advance.
